• What should I do if I don't have an email address?
  Our online profiles and bookings system require you to have an email address. This can be a shared email address with a partner or parent. You will need to set one up if you don’t have or share an email account.

• How do I cancel my membership?

  Need to take a break?
  
  You can request to freeze your direct debit fitness or swim membership. For us to process your freeze request for the following month, you need to provide freeze date information before 20th of the current month.
  
  Please click on the link below to provide freeze dates and agree to the new monthly collection. As per our Terms & Conditions, we are unable to freeze your first direct debit as this will contain pro-rata charges which are due.

  To cancel your membership, go to your profile area where you can, profile area Cancel Your Membership.
  
  Alternatively, you can cancel your Direct Debit directly with your bank.
  
  Please note as per our Terms & Conditions, if you cancel your Direct Debit after the 20th of the month it may have already been processed and may still be taken from your bank.

  Corporate discounts only apply to the individual who is eligible for it. This doesn’t allow all linked accounts the discount, however you may be able to link a partner and receive a discount for them too.
