  • What is 14 day priority booking?
    Our standard advance booking is 7 days however by purchasing the optional extra of 14 day priority booking, you will receive access to book 14 days in advance. Please note this is not available across all our activities.

    Need to take a break?

    You can request to freeze your direct debit fitness or swim membership. For us to process your freeze request for the following month, you need to provide freeze date information before 20th of the current month.

    Please click on the link below to provide freeze dates and agree to the new monthly collection. As per our Terms & Conditions, we are unable to freeze your first direct debit as this will contain pro-rata charges which are due.

    If you would like to freeze to your membership, complete the Freeze My Membership Form, once submitted one of our customer service team will action your request and you will receive confirmation via email.

    Moving away?

    Instead of cancelling, would you be interested in transferring your membership to one of our centres in your new area? Click here to use our Centre Finder tool. From there you can explore your new local centre.

    If you know the centre you would like to move to, submit an enquiry and one of our customer service team will action your change.

    To cancel your membership, go to your profile area where you can, profile area Cancel Your Membership.

    Alternatively, you can cancel your Direct Debit directly with your bank.

    Please note as per our terms & conditions, if you cancel your Direct Debit after the 20th of the month it may have already been processed and may still be taken from your bank.

  • What does using the centre on a pay-as-you-go basis allow me to do?
    If you sign up for a free online profile you will get limited access to our online system. You will be able to use the online planner, book online and the Everyone Active app to book and pay for classes and activities. You will also receive an Everyone Active card to allow access to the centre, available for collection at Reception. Register Now

  • Will using the centre on a casual basis be more expensive?
    It depends on your frequency of use, but if you intend to visit the centre at least twice a week then a membership will normally be the best value option for you.

  • What is included in today's payment?
    There are three payments within the payment breakdown that can make up your first payment (depending on promotion and membership),

    First Month Payment - This is the payment for the upcoming month.

    Admin fee - This is an initial fee to set up your membership with Everyone Active. This is a one off fee that is paid at the point of signing up.

    Final Month in Advance (memberships excluding golf) - This is a payment taken which covers a calendar months’ notice period at the point you cancel your membership. For example if you cancel your membership on 21st June, we will not collect any monies on the 1st July but your membership will still be valid until the end of July.
